Access will be given via a manned gat …moree where you will have to give the child’s name to gain access for pick up and drop off.
These gates will be secure throughout the day.
The day will end at 4.30pm, pick up time will be available from 4pm – 4.30pm. If you require to pick up any earlier or later than this please let us know.
Parents and carers must make arrangements for children to be brought to and from the activity safely and on time. If a parent or carer is not able to collect their child, they need to let us know in advance 07860618069.

Big Hitters Rugby Academy is hosting a Autumn Camp on 28th and 29th October 2025. https://www.instagram.com/bighittersrugbyacademy?igsh=ZzZlcm5ranNhN3Vh&utm_source=qr This camp is specifically for Under 8-11s (School Years 3-6) The camp encompasses a mixture of Rugby based skill games, tactical strategies appropriate for their age grade, skills groups to develop skills required to play Rugby at a high level, competitive group fun games, theory and education around the history of Rugby and Rugby in different cultures. Part of the Camp will also consist of teaching players about other aspects of physical education including learning about conditioning, agility, plyometrics and muscular activation. Most importantly....lots of fun! What to bring? Please can your children come dressed in comfortable clothing, suitable for being active in with Sun Cream pre applied. - Packed Lunch - Rugby / Football Boots & Indoor trainers - Gumshield (if U9 and above) - Snack - Refillable Water Bottle - Raincoat - Change of clothing (just in case) - Sun cream (just in case)

Camp will begin at 9am parents can drop off anytime between 9am-9.30am. Drop off point will be through gate to the right of Childwall Sports and Science Academy.
